I have an integrative approach to therapy utilizing methodology from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy to help individuals with symptom reduction, personal growth, emotional regulation, and greater connection with self and others. SPACE - Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions is a parent directed research informed treatment for childhood anxiety and OCD developed at Yale Childhood Study Center. SPACE helps parents support their children who experience anxiety. It involves creating a safe and supportive environment for the child, validating their emotions, and teaching them coping skills. By using SPACE, parents can help their children manage their anxiety and build resilience.
